We have published two books and helped many people find answers to genealogy questions. We have started this site with two goals in mind; helping others learn to do better research, and offering assistance to people who need help solving difficult ancestry puzzles.

We are experienced in finding answers in U.K. and early Colonial period through the Civil War, and into the American West. Reading very old documents is challenging, and as a team, we have deciphered some very difficult material! If you have a document to share, do so. The information you have might be of use to many, if it can be decoded.
